“I’m still witnessing what I experienced 4 years ago, and I know this lack of opportunity is not a new thing. So, why is there so little done to create opportunities? Venues are closing around the region and new graduates have a harder time finding jobs in the South-West. That’s why Soapbox was made.  If there’s anyway Soapbox can be a stepping stone for graduates entering into the sector, giving them that paid expereince employers are looking for, without the need to move to big cities then it’s done everything I wanted it too.  There are amazing creatives here, why should they move!
